4. The Service has a delivery ETA of 2-10 days from the date of dispatch depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
5. The products are generally processed and dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of the order being received.

7. Teas need to be Unused and Sealed for them to be returned. However after opening the packing you find a different Tea is there than what you have ordered, then please mail us for replacements / refunds.
